Lansing Community Library (LCL) Library Manager

The Lansing Community Library is seeking a library manager for a newly chartered library in Lansing, New York. The manager will serve as spokesperson for the library and will provide vision and direction for the management of the collection and for programming and events. He/she will recruit, train and supervise volunteer staff; and conduct outreach to the community. He/she works under the general direction of the public library board of trustees (BOT) and is responsible for ensuring that the library conforms to policies set by the Board and regulations established by the New York State Library.
